Team Vetting
All team members are DBS-checked to ensure trustworthiness.
Staff Training
- All staff are trained in safe cleaning practices
- Proper use of PPE (gloves, masks, etc.) is mandatory
Cleaning Products
We use only safe, approved cleaning products suitable for your home or business.
Chemical Safety
- We use approved cleaning agents
- Clients can request non-toxic or hypoallergenic alternatives
Protective Equipment
Our staff use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
Risk Assessments
We conduct risk assessments for larger or ongoing contracts to ensure safe practices.
Covid-19 Protocols
We follow government guidelines and can provide Covid-safe protocols upon request.
Client Obligations
- Notify us in advance of any known risks (e.g. pests, mould, hazardous chemicals)
- Secure pets and children during our visit
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service if the environment is unsafe.
Incident Reporting
Any accidents will be documented and investigated.
