Job Overview
As a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader, you will lead a team of cleaners across residential and commercial sites, ensuring every job meets the rigorous standards Jetdore is known for. You will be the key link between our on-site teams and management, driving quality, training, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate cleaning teams across multiple sites to ensure consistent quality.
- Carry out quality inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Train, onboard, and mentor new and existing cleaning staff.
- Manage rotas, allocate jobs, and ensure sites are adequately staffed and stocked.
- Act as the point of contact for client feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on every site.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in cleaning, with previous supervisory or team-leader responsibility.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and a customer-focused attitude.
- Solid understanding of professional cleaning techniques, products, and safety.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
