Job Overview
Jetdore Services Limited is seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and strategically focused Business Development Manager to support the Company’s continued commercial expansion and operational growth within the United Kingdom.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term commercial partnerships, increasing client acquisition, and strengthening the Company’s market presence across the residential and commercial cleaning sector. The role is central to the Company’s long-term growth strategy and requires an individual with strong business development, communication, negotiation, and commercial management skills.
As the Company continues to expand its client base and service coverage across England, the Business Development Manager will contribute towards increasing revenue streams, improving customer engagement, and supporting sustainable business growth within a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new residential and commercial cleaning contract opportunities across the United Kingdom;
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with landlords, letting agents, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts, housing associations, and commercial clients;
- Implement business development and sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue growth and market presence;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and new commercial opportunities;
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and promotional initiatives across digital and traditional channels;
- Support the expansion of the Company’s client portfolio and strengthen long-term customer retention strategies;
- Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and commercial performance updates for senior management;
- Assist with pricing negotiations, service proposals, and commercial agreements with clients and business partners;
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure customer expectations and service standards are consistently maintained;
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and overall business performance;
- Support the Company’s wider expansion plans, including regional growth and development of strategic partnerships;
- Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry engagements to promote the Company’s services and strengthen commercial relationships;
- Ensure all commercial activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with Company procedures and applicable regulatory obligations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of business development, commercial strategy, and customer relationship management;
- Previous experience within business development, sales management, account management, or commercial operations;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities and implement commercially effective growth strategies;
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively within a fast-paced business environment;
- Experience preparing commercial reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client and business relationships;
- Commercially focused mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach;
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and business development activities where required.
